make sure to leave enough time for cool whip to get really cold after frosting cake, melts easy

This cake is great! I made it for mother's day and everyone had 2nd's....my husband even finished the cake in the middle of the night!

Everyone who had a piece of the cake absolutely loved it! I made the cake in a 13" x 9" pan which made it even easier.

This was a complete HIT at my Mother-in-law's house for Mother's Day. She loves lemon cakes and pies so I surprised her with this cake and she and everyone else there couldn't get over how good it was. I used the Duncan Hines "pudding in the mix" cake and it was soooooo moist!!

My Mom loves Lemon cakes, pies, etc. I made this foe her and didnt get a chance to get over there so we ended up eating it!!! It was awesome thanks for the great recipies!!! Sharon Maguire

Very Yummy! Someone suggested using canned lemon pie filling, couldn’t find that so I used lemon curd instead, has more lemony flavor than the pudding/pie mix. I used some lemon extract in the cool whip to give it a little zing! I will most definitely make this again!

This easy-to-make cake is just right....not too rich or filling. Get ready for compliments when you serve it!
