I was looking for something quick and easy to make for myself while my hubby was at work and found this little gem. I was a little leary of the basil and oregano, but went ahead and made it just like the recipe called for, (except I used Velvetta cheese slices and light mayo). It was great! I'll be making it for my hubby now and have already shared the recipe with my Mom. She's planning on making it soon, but says she'll add a tomato. I recommend giving this one a try.

Oh my. You have got to try this mouth watering tuna melt. My children loves it. When I make this recipe I add watercress and tomatoes. Try it.

This was very fast & easy to make, it taste great. instead of treating it like a panini sandwhich or just like grilled cheese, I made it a melt & I added garlic to the recipe & also put tomato, swiss cheese & lettuce. Its fabulous either way.

I'm only 14 and I'm really picky about what I eat, but this recipe was great. I would recommend this to anyone that loves tuna and cheese!

This is absolutely delicious! It tastes so professional. My whole family, my relatives and their friends all loved it. My aunt and I make it so often now, or make in large quantities…It's the onion, pepper and herbs that made this sandwich come to life.

I doubled the recipe and used 1/3 cup each of onion, bell pepper, carrot, and cucumber. A neat garden sandwich!

Added ingredients makes tuna taste better. It was great with salad, fruit and/or chips.
