It is an easy to make. I put two pieces of cheese on each side and I added sliced tomato. A little messy but great!

Quick and easy. A way to get another fish meal in my menu plan.

I make a similar recipe but, toast my bread instead of grilling the sandwich, then place in the microwave for approx 15 seconds to lightly melt the cheese. I enjoy this much more since I don't care for grilled sandwiches. I make tuna salad frequently but use tangy bread & butter pickles in place of green pepper and finely chopped sweet onion in place of green onion.
