We always have lots of ham left over on holidays and not alot of recipes to use it. This is a creative and delicious way to serve ham. I used frozen pepper strips rather than fresh bell peppers and they worked great. Thanks for the recipe!

My mom saw this recipe on the back of a jar of miracle whip years ago and has been making it ever since. I love it and I am excited to make it for dinner.

I can't wait to try this. It looks really good. Since I do not like miracle whip could i use ranch seasoning instead? (could someone let me know) <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Maggie ~ Ranch dressing would be fine. >>>

Overall, this was pretty good. I used Velveeta instead of shredded cheese, and used a little mayo instead of miracle whip. Also, I omitted the peppers and added onion and thinly sliced carrots. Good stuff!

Used mozzarella in this casserole and it was very good. A nice, simple recipe that I think would be good with chicken too.

This dish was so simple to make yet has complex flavors. I can see this quickly becoming a family favorite, especially as a comfort food without the guilt.
