What You Need

bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

cup coarsely broken tortilla chips (optional)

Make It

TOSS greens, chicken breast strips and cheese in large bowl.

SERVE with dressing, salsa and tortilla chips.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, except substitute KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for OSCAR MAYER Chicken Breast Strips. Cook chicken in 1/4 cup of the salsa in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Ranch Taco Chicken Salad Wrap Sandwich

Fill burrito wraps with the tossed ingredients and roll up. For a change of pace, pair the salad mixture with flavored burrito wraps-like herb, tomato and spinach.

This makes a quick and easy lunch which is absolutely delicious. I recommend adding black beans for more nutrition and color. Next time I am going to make it for visiting friends and family.

loved the ease of preparation paired with the great nutritional value. Especially delicious with spinach and fresh bagged field greens. I would also try this again using thousand island dressing instead of ranch.
