This is one of the best artichoke dips I've ever had! I used Kraft "light" mayo and Kraft Neufchatel cream cheese and it was excellent.

This was a great hit at our dinner party last week. Using blue cheese made all the difference compared to other recipes like this one.

I forgot to add to my comment that I used Kraft "light" mayo and Kraft Neufchatel cream cheese to cut down on the fat and it was still delicious!

There is a resturant near us that has a warm blue cheese dip topped with home made Kettle Chips. We could not get their recipe so we use this one, layer kettle chips on top and serve. BIG HIT with the family!

I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I didn't get to eat much of it that night, so I made more the next day! It's better if you can keep it warm.
