I love this! It's so easy to make. I've taken it to many places and everybody raves about it! They always think I have slaved all day to make it, they have no idea that it just takes minutes to make! I like to add crab to it as well, it makes it even better!

Made this for a spur of the moment gathering. Everyone loved it, even my husband who doesn't eat artichokes. The bowl was scraped clean in no time. I'd definitely make it again!

When we have a snack day at work everyone begs me to make this dip! It is so easy and delicious, it's the first thing to go at every party. Best when served with cut up bread.

Very, Very, quick to make. The only hassle was trying to find my food processor. The blue cheese added such a good flavor to the dish. I served it with the french bread (about 2 loaves). The dish was empty when I took it home from the party.
