I added some cheese sticks cut into very small slices instead of the parmeasean. And I added some chicken that had been marinating in the same dressing and then grilled. It was delicious. I will make it again.

This a great fast dish. I add pre cooked diced chicken to make it a meal. We also use different vegetables and different shaped pasta everytime I make it. My kids love this dish.

This is one of my favorite summer time treats. Try adding pepperoni for a different flavor. Also, always use the reduced fat salad dressing. The full fat dressing does not seem to "stick" to the noodles as well.

I also add a little red onion, some chopped pepperoni, a dash of red pepper flakes, finely chopped green pepper, and use green olives instead of black for a little spicer salad. Great!!

I have been making this salad for 20 years & it's always a hit. I put more vegetables(sliced baby zucchini & summer squash, chunky celery, green stuffed olives, sweet onion slices, sliced radishes & fresh herbs chopped) I use Kraft Zesty dressing for more zip & everyone enjoys the "Italian" flavors. For my family I also add crushed red pepper on occasion .

I have many request for this recipe. For a change (and a little more calories), I remove the broccoli, I add small chuncks of cheese (light or reduced fat) and pepperoni and it becomes a big hit

I omitted the tomatoes and added chopped celery and green onions. It was GREAT with bbq'd steaks.

I think it would be better with just a tad less House Italian. It seemed to overpower the goodness of the fresh veggies.
