This salad was fun to make. And great to have during the Summer, for either a bar-b-que, or a family dinner. Being a at-home-mom, you have to be creative and this dish is something new to our table and it's been a treat! I have to thank my very special friend Nette for intrducing this website to me!

Ingredients listed failed to mention Vitamin K (broccoli) which is a problem for certain people on special medicines....OK to use green peas or green beans as a substitute.

This was by far one of the best salad recipes, I've tried so far. I could eat it all myself. Besides tasting good, it looks super.

This was absolutely delicious. I prepared it the night before a party and added real bacon bits just before serving. Even the 'non pasta salad lovers' in the crowd loved this one!

I used tri-colored pasta and added sun-dried tomatoes and bacon. It was very good.
