Cheesy Football

Cheesy Football recipe

this was a very easy recipe and I knew it would be a hit because my family likes cheese balls. We used wheat crackers and fritos scoops. Next time i will just shape into ball, not football shape. the celery was not a big hit with the cheeseball...everyone preferred the veggies plain.

Excellent & delicious. A very simple recipe to make. I put bacon bits instead of pecans because the bits gave better color.

Very good. I've made this recipe using 1/2 cup double-strength ranch dressing in place of the salad dressing - (1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 package Ranch Dressing mix). Always a hit.

I made this for a tailgate party for our college football party and it was a huge hit! Last years recipe said to put bacon bits on the outside of the ball, which I much prefer to pecans.

Same recipe, just change the shape with the event/season. Also I use whatever cheese I have on hand with the cream cheese-experiment!
