This was great! Adding the quick tapioca kept the juice from sloshing all over the pan. I made homemade crust - it didn't get soggy.

This was the best apple pie I have every made. I think the brown sugar made the difference. I also used a brown sugar subtitute. Next time I will try a white sugar substitute also as I'm counting calories. Thank you. Mary

Apples sunk, crust stayed high leaving an air pocket. Even with the crust issue, the pie was very good.

This was very easy and fun to make. I actually made it the night before Thanksgiving and while we feasted I put it in to bake. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. I plan to make it again for Christmas.
