I perfer it this way: Salt and Pepper to taste then place in 250 degree oven for 4 Hours. Remove from oven reserving liquid. Place over low coals for 4 hours turning at least once ever 30 minites. remove and let stand for 1/2 hour before sliceing across grain. Serve with liquid or bar-b-que sauce. You need to have a full briscute of 10 - 12 pounds. Servers 15
