Place over low coals for 4 hours turning at least once ever 30 minites. remove and let stand for 1/2 hour before sliceing across grain. Serve with liquid or bar-b-que sauce. THIS IS THE BEST BRISKET RECIPE I've tried yet I HAVE A SUGGESTION INSTEAD OF USING GARLIC &ONION USE 2TSP KRAFT OR ANY OTHER BRAND YOU PREFER 100% PURE YELLOW MUSTARD RUB ALL OVER MEAT BEFORE COOKING FOR FIRST HOUR

I enjoy food that has been slow-cooked. It has a down-home feeling .
