The most important thing, no, the only thing, is wether or not they (the family) will eat iit, and if they do it with gusto. And they Did!!! Easy to prepare, and it appeals to MY target audience. What more could I ask for? I highly recommend this recipe...

I needed something quick and easy for lunch today as a friend on a diet plan was stopping by. I found this and made it and it went over very well. She was able to calculate the points value and work this into her meal plan with no problems.

I added 1/2 cup of juices that were saved from a recently cooked turkey breast {that was cooked in a cooking bag} I had frozen the juice to use in leftover receipes. My family also likes a little 'tangy' touch to leftovers and asks to have 2 or 3 tablespoons of worcheshire sauce added to the mixture. Also- adding reduced-fat dinner rolls to the plate keeps the smiles coming at meal time!!
