I love it, my husband loves it. easy to make once you get everything together. it was fun to make it all from scratch.

Great recipe for a meatless meal. Next time I would purchase a jar of alfredo sauce to add to the parmesan sauce because this recipe does not make enough sauce. Takes awhile to put together but worth the effort. Also, I would add more cayenne pepper to spice it up a bit.

I've made this lasagna 3-4 times. One of my favs. Definitely needs more sauce. Also instead of making sauce first, I make it last as it sets up while cooking the vegetables and is hard to spread.

I didn't make this, but my sister did for a party and it was insanely delicious! You definitely have to double or triple the sauce though.

I made this recipe for a party during lent. It is a great meatless meal and very filling. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.

Oh yeah... and there is a need to spice up the ricotta with some cooked onions, garlic, and spinach. Trust me, it will definitly add flavor and spark to the dish.

Love this when I was in the hopstial with heart attack. Was so good had to try it for my family and they all love it.
