I was dissapointed in this dish. After reading reviews, I was expecting it to be very good. I found it to be really bland.

Love this recipe. Next time I will double the vegetable portion as I seem to just have enough for one layer.

I made this dish for me and my boyfriend last night, and I was quite surprised with how it turn out. The presentation was as great as it tasted. Lots of vegetables, and the parmesan cream sauce has a little kick to it! I will certainly make this again. And this goes great with a spinach salad!

Wasnt cheesy enough, proably would be better with poultry in it. Kinda had a odd texture to it, ok flavor. I think it could use some improvements...

I love vegetable lasagna but for me this turned out a little too basily tasting. I think i really could have put less basil then what was called for. The sauce came out too thick and didn't make hardly anything. Good thing i bought RAGU alfredo sauce which made it saucier. I used spinach instead of broccoli. My guests said they loved it and went back for more..but for my taste it wasn't that flavorful and you really don't need a whole red bell pepper unless you love them that much. Overall it was ok

I found it not moist enough - I used the oven ready lasagna noodles, maybe that was why. Next time I would had more liquid. I also found that it took some time preparing, it was not quick and easy.

Definitely double the sauce for it. I would not double the amount of red pepper though. I also mixed the veggies and the cheese including the sprinkly cheese and added a cup of cottage cheese to the ricotta. My guests loved it!

I took everyones advice and doubled the sacuce. I also took out the onions and red peppers and added some spinach. To save time i steamed the vegies, (another tip) and used soy milk and low fat cheese. It was wonderful!

I also doubled the sauce for this recipe. I have served it at get togethers several times and everyone has loved it.
