The kids ate it, but I found it pretty bland :oP

This was a pretty good, lighter, alternative to traditional lasagna. My wife really didn't care for it though.

The recipe says to boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, but I would cook them a little longer. They were not as soft as I would have liked when the lasagna was done.

I didn't really care for it. I found it weird eating potatoes instead of pasta for lasagna.

My husband said that it was very good--almost as good as real lasagna...and he is very picky! A great change and a good way to use up potatoes!

It was good. I made it for my boyfriend because he loves meats & starches (like every other man). He enjoyed it more than I did, but I'd make it again.

Thought this was one of the best lowfat and calorie dishes I have made. The presentation was great, the texture was good, and the flavors blended wonderfully. I would love more dishes like this! This could easily be doubled, and I would have no problem serving it to guests as well. It will become a staple in my house. I am a weight watcher and my husband is diabetic, we both enjoyed this recipe

This was a great alternative to pasta. I made a few substitutes to fit my diet (ground turkey, no fat cheese, no fat cottage cheese) and it turned out wonderful. My 10 year old loved it as well.
