This was very simple to make and was a nice change of pace. While my family did enjoy it, I don't think it will ever replace the "classic" lasagna.

my sister has a gluten allergy (celiac disease) and I made this for her, she loved it and so did everyone who tried it. The cooking time was definitely longer.

No one liked the potato in the lasagna. My husband will eat just about anything, and didn't like this dish. Stick to using the noodles.

Overall, it was quite a good recipie, as it was a low-calorie, vitamin-enriched meal. I added different cheeses to add a variety.

My husband thinks it's better than regular lasagna. It's a great recipe for someone who has a gluten allergy. I highly recommend it.
