I felt in love with the ginger snaps crust (will skip the nuts next time, though). Overall it was delicious!!

Have to make sure that you reserve that 1/4 cup? of sugar for mixing with the pumpkin. I forgot to pull it, and it got mixed with the cream cheese batter. Still tasted great, but I could tell that the pumpkin needed just a little more sweetening.

I made this for a pot luck at work and everyone loved it! People who said they didn't like pumpkin pie adored this cheesecake. I'm making it again for the next pot luck.

This cheesecake came out very creamy w/ a water bath, but I found that there wasn't enough pumpkin flavor or spices. It was a little on the bland side, and needed a little jazzing up. My guests seemed to like it, but it wasn't the best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever had.
