this cheesecake was amazing. I made it for thanksgiving and so many people raved about it that I am making it again for christmas eve and christmas night for each member of the family

For a novice cook, this is my second attempt for making a cheescake. It turned out superb. Everyone raved about it, even the people who don't normally like pumpkin. A definate plus. It was better then ice cream!

Absolutely delicious. It was the perfect mix of pumpkin pie and scrumptious cheesecake. Mine did not come out as pretty as the picture, but nobody cared. It was a HUGE hit and did not last long.

Everyone loved this recipe and I made the crust gluten-free with gluten-free ginger snaps. I think I would prefer it with graham cracker crust though.

My family loved this recipe on Thanksgiving! Especially the ginger snap crust. I will be making this for Christmas now as well due to high demand!
