This is such a great recipe. I get asked to make this every holiday season. I use Nabisco graham crackers with this recipe.

My daughter found this recipe and asked me to try it. WOW is all I have to say. I served it for dessert at a luncheon and it was a HUGE hit. I have also served it to people who normally do not eat pumpkin --- they are sold!!! I get requests for this recipe all the time.

I also do not like pumpkin pie but I love this pumpkin cheese cake and so does my family. I have been responsible for making this cheesecake for my family's thanksgiving, my boyfriend's thanksgiving and I also give them away as gifts during the holidays!! This is big hit with everyone!

This is probably the best cheesecake I've ever had. The crust is definitely what makes it what it is, so if you change anything about this, don't let it be the crust! It also takes more than 55 minutes to bake, like others have mentioned.

Delicious! Definatly needed to cook longer than 55 minutes, I think I cooked mine 1 hour 10 minutes, but turned out delicious and super easy to make!

I agree, it needs to cook longer than 55min. I took it a work party and a girl offered to pay me to make it for her to take to her family thanksgiving!
