This was the best cheesecake ever! I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. There wasn't any left at the end of the night. I will make this again. I loved it so much I think I want to make it right now, lol. Yummy!

This was a great addition to Thanksgiving dinner. It also gave me a big thumbs up from my future mother in law, so that is always a plus.

This cheesecake is absolutly wonderful. I make it every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I always have family and friends asking if I'm going to be making it.

This is hands down the best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever had!!! Everyone who tries it raves about it, and requests it again in the future. The only variation I suggest for this recipe is to bake it in a waterbath.

A new holiday favorite! All of my guests raved about this and thought I bought it from the Cheesecake Factory. I even used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and you could not even tell. Wonderful alternative to that traditional pumpkin pie!!

This cheesecake was unbelievable! I used two regular cream cheeses and two fat free cream cheeses to cut down on the richness -- and it was perfect. The only problem, I could not get mine to swirl. =(
