I made this for dinner tonight and will definitely make it again. The combination of apples and pork was wonderful. I used splenda in place of sugar. Simple and easy. Great recipe.

Had to cook chops about 10 minutes longer so they were light pink. I peeled my apples before baking. This was very good. Main dish and dessert in one. Saves alot of time.

This was delicious--even my picky kids ate it. The pork chops were moist and juicy and the apples were almost like a dessert. Easy recipe to make too.

I jazzed it up with your kitchen tip and added cranberries to the apples and again it was a winner! Everybody wanted seconds. Thanks!!!!

This came out really, really good without any changes to the recipe at all. I might add more apples next time, simply because they were really good and there was enough of the sugar mixture to cover more of them. My husband said he gives them 4 stars. I give it the full 5.

This was a great recipe. It was a hit for my three kids and my husband, they loved it and probably could have eaten more of it. This is definately going to be a regular in my household. Thanks!

Wondeful way to have pork chops with apples. The chops came out moist and crispy on top, the apples were a great change from potatoes or rice. The apples and the pork chops complimented each other. We had a simple salad to round out the meal. Will make this newest "comfort food" recipe again. Great for a fall day.
