This is a great variation to the traditional marinated or bbq pork chop. It's a nice, healthy meal that tastes great! I use sugar substitute in place of the sugar (I've made it both ways... and no one, and I mean NO ONE has known it!!!) and save tons of calories. I agree to broast it for a few minutes before serving though, to get the sogginess out of the bottom of the chop. Great recipe.
