I loved this. It was the first time Ive ever made, or tasted eggnog. I did follow fellow reviewers advice to add pumpkin spices to taste. It was really good; however according to people who are eggnog "conissuers" (sp?) it isn't like the real thing. But still a hit at my family holiday party. And my husband also liked it as a coffee creamer. It isn't very thick, and I didnt have any problems with lumps.

This is fine stuff. Poured the first 2 cups of milk in the blender with the pudding to smooth out any lumps, then whisked in the remaining ingredients. It doesn't feel or taste like store bought, which makes me very happy.

This was so easy to make and very delicious. A little to thick, the next time I will add a little more milk. This is also great in coffee.

this is very good, but I did use regular of everything instead of non-fat and added the extra spices and it HAS to sit to thicken- then its GOOD!

Certainly not like regular eggnog but very simple to make.

This recipe was very good, it taste just like store bought eggnog, like another reviewer said at first its very watery, but once you put in the refrigerator it thickens nicely. my only complaint is that the recipe did not call for any extra sugar or spices that are found in eggnog. so I added some sugar to taste and used regular pudding mix (not sugar-free) and regular milk and cinnamon and nutmeg. Alone the recipe again is good but a bit bland. I would make again for new years.

Just be sure to thoroughly mix the pudding otherwise it clumps. Also, even though the mixture seems incredibly thin, it will thicken nicely once refridgerated.
