STOVE TOP Sweet Citrus Chicken

This was just ok. While it was easy and the chicken was juicy and tender, I just didn't think the taste was anything great. Actually, the more I ate the less I liked it. My boyfriend loved it on the other hand, so I believe it is just a matter of taste.

I made this on the 3-31-07. Quick and so simple. I just loved the flavor of the orange juice in the stuffing mix. That's a good mixture. So next we are going to try it with pork chops and pork flavor Stove Top Stuffing. Also try along with the meals jellied cranberry's as a tart side dish. With pork chops or pork tenderloin we add a side of applesauce. It compliments the meats. Thanks,

I thought the dish had a bit too much orange taste to it. If I make it again, I would decrease the amount of orange juice.

Very easy to make and delicous! I do have a picky household and they thought it was too "orangey", so we will decrease the OJ next time. I thought it was great!
