I made this recipe without the stuffing, i just covered the casserole dish. It came out delicious! I have made it twice now.

very good....whole family loved it...we are trying to cut calories so we served it over rice and had steamed asperagus on the side.. But the recipe was excellant.

This was the first meal I made after moving into our new home. A great meal! I think my 15 month old loved it even more than my husband. I added onions to the stuffing and placed navel orange slices on the chicken before cooking. When I make it again, I will make sure to take all of the white from the orange as it was a little bitter, but otherwise superb!!!

Very, very easy, and my family was thrilled -- no leftovers!! Chicken was moist and they liked the way the stuffing was a little crispy on top. I added chopped celery to the stuffing mix. If I had more time I would have added some fresh chopped carrots too. (My husband suggested raisins and/or sliced almonds.) It was very flavorful for such low fat and salt. Thank-you!

This meal was very easy to make and tasted really good. I like how the juice kept the stuffing moist!
