My husband doesn't normally like stove top stuffing. (He's from the south where they eat corn bread dressing) But he loved this recipe. He ate almost all of the stuffing himself!! I will definitely make this again.

Very tasty. I used frozen chicken tenderloins that I browned on both sides after thawing. Went great with mashed potatoes and fresh orange slices.

This is a great dish all around! Fast and easy to prepare, it's something different to serve, it's very palate pleasing and....here's the important one.....the kids will eat it! I got compliments on dinner from EVERY member of the family with this dish! I would definitely recommend trying it yourself! I sliced a peeled blood orange and place the rounds on the chicken before spooning the stuffing on top. Adds to the flavour and the visual appeal.

This recipe was good, but the chicken isn't very flavorful. The stove top is very orangey!! But, overall, it was pretty good. I might use a little less orange juice next time, and let the chicken soak in it longer though.

We thought the sweet/tangy aspect of the recipe didn't go well with the herbs in the stuffing.

I doubled the amount of the orange juice/brown sugar mixture and used 6 chicken breasts. I also browned the chicken on each side a bit before popping it into the oven. Yum!
