My husband and I both loved this and usually he doesn't like stuffing! Its a great, quick, during the week meal!

I really liked this recipe, as did everyone in my house. It is really good with a very mild flavored side dish. It does have a very strong flavor.

I replaced the orange juice with apple cider as that is what I had on hand. It turned out very good - everyone in the family enjoyed it. Note - I did use a bit less chicken for my family and therefore cut the cooking time by 5-6 minutes. It turned out great - nice and juicy! As someone else said, I can imagine this would be great with pork chops too.

Didn't care for it AT ALL. The chicken was okay but the stuffing with the OJ was just way to sweet. Not a good mix.

The kids loved this, too! It's because it is the right amount of sweet. We made this when relatives were over, and it got kudos all around!

Prepared exactly as directed. I agree that it was slightly soggy around the edges and very sweet, but I enjoyed it. So did my husband and two children.

My husband never says a word against my cooking, even if the dish is burnt! I fixed this according to the recipe, and he ate two bites, looked at me and asked if we could order pizza!! I happily said "oh yes!" The dish was horrid tasting. Something about the way the OJ taste mixed with the stuffing taste was just not right.
