As a college student avoiding the weight gain and an empty piggy bank, I highly recommend this recipe. I get my veggies, protein, and the comfort of macaroni and cheese in one dish. It is so cheap and easy to make, plus it's sooooo good. It's really good for kids too. I know I'll make it for mine someday.

I am a college student, and I have high cholesterol. This meal made for a great weekday supper! I substituted the noodles for spaghetti, I steamed the vegetables, and I used kraft lite singles instead of velveeta. About 6 or 7 slices will do. SPLENDID MEAL!

This recipe was very simple and quite quick to make. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much, especially through the Lenten season. It has the perfect combination of pasta, tuna, and vegetables. It is completely satisfying... Yum!

It's good, but also healthy. A different way to serve tuna, besides the usual tuna salad.
