Anything that involves chicken, stuffing and cream of mushroom soup is guaranteed to be a winner. My kids, husband and I love this recipe.

My family loves this. I bake 4 to 6 pounds of chicken breast and then cut it into small pices. I also double the recipe .I use 4 boxes of stuffing ,3 cans of any cream soup.I have made this many times !

i really enjoyed this recipe. i used chicken tenderlions and put them in the oven and baked them for 35 mins covered with foil, i did remove the foil and let it cook for a bout 10 more mins to let the stuffing get a little crunchy.

I thought this was so great and easy! I would only add a little more cream of mushroom for the next time. Other than that, it was exactly what I needed when I want a home cooked meal, fast!

This dish was oh-so-yummy! I used about 1.7lbs of chicken breast (cut in strips) and cooked it in the oven. Total cooking time was about 50-55 minutes. I suggest covering with foil for 2/3's of the cook time so that the stuffing doesn't get to hard/dry; and don't forget to season your chicken w/ a little salt-n-pepper. I plan to save time and buy chicken tenders next time (no cutting).

Will probably bake in the oven the next time I try it. The chicken breasts needed much more time to cook in the skillet than what the recipe suggests.

I made this into more of a casserole / potpie - diced the chicken (precooked) then added everything in a baking dish with carrots, peas & corn - my family LOVED it!
