cup butter or margarine

1/2

cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1/3

cup firmly packed brown sugar

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cup cold milk

can (16 oz.) pumpkin

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1-1/4

tsp. pumpkin pie spice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

MELT butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add pecans and brown sugar; mix well. Bring to boil. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Spread onto bottom of crust. Cool.

POUR milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spice. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over pecan layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Love, love this recipe! The first time I made it, I found out I didn't have vanilla pudding so I improvised with 1 white chocolate and 1 cheesecake pudding and it turned out SO good! I tried it again later with the vanilla pudding and it wasn't quite as good, in my opinion, but still yummy.

I save a few of the pralines to put on the top as a garnish. My family asks me to make this at holidays. I make extra for home because there is never any leftovers. Just because you don't really like pumpkin pie, don't ignore this recipe. It's nothing like a normal pumpkin pie...ask my girlfriend who hates pumpkin pie.

I made this incredibly easy pie for Thanksgiving, and it was a huge hit! It's amazing how a recipe so simple tastes this yummy!

Totally awesome! I don't really like pumpkin pies, but I could eat this one any day! Yummm! Took it to work and it was gone within 30 minutes. Everybody loved it!

The BEST pumpkin pie I have ever had! I made it for a girls get together and they loved it! My husband ate all the leftovers when I got home too! I will definitly make this again!
