This is really awesome moist chicken. And so easy to make. I made a few minor tweaks based on the ingredients I had on hand. I used a 24oz of spaghetti sauce on the bottom so I would have enough to top the spaghetti. For the chicken coating I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs with 1/2 cup grated parmesan/romano cheese blended in instead of the 5 cheese blend called out in the recipe and sprinkled 1 cup shredded mozarella on top. Will definatley make again.
