This is the best ever mac-n-cheese. Will never make the boxed kind ever again. My family loves this recipe.
I made this recipe for a family party and wished I hadn't. Way to bland. I'd read the reviews and added extra milk to make it more creamy and also used cheddar french fried onions to top rather than crushed crackers. I'll be trying a different mac & cheese recipe next time.
This was the best mac and cheese I've made in years. Try adding extra cheese and double the topping. It was a big hit in our house.
This dish is a new family favorite. I doubled the sauce, because I added 1-1/2 Cups cubed ham (sliced ham steaks), and 2 cups broccoli flowerettes (frozen). This is what I will bring to the next potlock I attend. Love it!
OMG!!! Amazing!!! The best mac n cheese ever. I will make this recipe again and again. It was super easy and simply delicious. We are cheese lovers so I did add a bit more velveeta cheese and milk. It was super creamy and simply delicious! Thanks Kraft!! :-)
I have been looking for a Mac 'n' Cheese recipe that is easy, fast, and tasty and I found one! There were no complaints at my dinner table. I will definately be making this again and again. I didn't add the cracker topping or bake this. I just did the stove top part and served it. We put out toppings like crutons, crackers, extra cheese, bacon bits, and salsa. Everyone got to personalize their own bowl. A warning: this dish is super rich. You might need to have some antiacid around for after.
I have made this dish a couple of times for company and everyone loved it! They scraped the dish clean!
I was very disappointed. It didn't taste cheesy enough. I did add bacon, but even that didn't help. If I do make it again, I'll double the Velveeta.
Just had this for dinner tonight. I found this recipe to be quite bland. Perhaps crushed seasoned breadcrumbs would have been more flavorful than buttered crackers. If I try this recipe again, I'll definitely be adding more flavor and less butter.
I did 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream instead of 1 cup milk. It was so good and added a little extra flavor.
