This recipe is creamy, delicious and easy to make. The creamy Velvetta and sharp cheddar cheeses are a great combination of tastes. The bread crumbs are a wonderful crunchy touch. This can be a main dish, served with salad and bread stcks, or a side dish with chicken or fish. My family loves it!

My brother told me about this mac & Cheese, and asked me to make it for him. I figured I'd try it out first to make sure I could indeed make it. It's a piece of cake to make and the taste is GREAT. My father only eats one kind of mac & cheese and has for years and years, I got him to try this one, it's now his new favorite one. If my Dad will eat it it's got to be good! And it is good, really really good!!!

I first made this recipe for a side dish on New Year's. I was making chicken and green beans as well. My sister, who doesn't eat macaroni and cheese loved it. She has asked me for my secret recipe ever since.

It did not turn out very good. It was sticky and a little dry. But of course it could have been the cook.

I double this recipe and serve it by itself for dinner. Delicious! Add cubed ham or bacon and it is even better!

I have made this recipe several times and it gets rave reviews! My kiddos still love the 'blue box', but I save that for lunches & quick dinners. When I have the time to do this recipe, it'll win hands down every time.
