I always add a few slices of cooked and drained bacon, crumbled to this recipe, about a 1/4c finely chopped red onion, and use a combo of the salad dressing and mayonnaise/miracle whip.Sometimes even some grated cheddar. There are never any leftovers! I also make this recipe substituting thawed green peas in winter-no kidding! and it turns out equally good! (I don't add the raisins or cheese though)
