My daughter, who does not like vegetables, loves the broccoli salad and both her and I are trying to lose weight, so here's a great recipe for both nutrition and taste. Love it!!!!!!!!

Try using dried cherries or dried cranberries in place of the raisens. It is a family favorite and I take it to all our family gatherings. Almonds are also a wonderful addition. Enjoy!

Very big hit with my guests. They wanted the recipe to take home. Very refreshing and substantial addition to a meal.

This was Awesome. At family dinners they always had it but it just didn't look good so I never ate it but I finally tried it and loved it. My girls love it as well. I most definitely recommend this to anyone who loves crispy fresh salads.

This salad is easy to make and disappears quickly at picnics and family gatherings. I have a difficult time finding cole slaw dressing so I use Kraft Special Collection Creamy Poppyseed Dressing. It is delicious and very similar to cole slaw dressing.

I used the broccoli, raisins, cashew nuts, bacon, and red onion. For my dressing I used 1 cup mayonaize, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar. I doubled the recipe above, served it at a church dinner, and I could not believe the people that bragged on it and wanted the recipe. I will certainly make this recipe again.

I made this salad for a church picnic on the 4th. It was wonderful. I used miracles whip instead of the coleslaw dressing (couldn't find).
