This is one that actually makes my whole family of 6 happy. The girls eat the veggies and the boys eat the chicken and steak. I make them with a combo of steak and chicken and cut the veggies big enough that they're easy for the guys to pick around them.:)

My husband and I love this recipe. We use two bell peppers, one red and one green. Then we make our soft fajita tacos and top them with sour cream and Kraft Mexican four cheese shredded cheese. This recipe is so good and there is always plenty to go around.

This is an easy meal, my 6 year old son helps me. You can substitute the green pepper for a red or yellow and it taste the same. I like to add at the end of the cooking time some chopped up fresh Roman tomatoes. Most usually I put green, yellos and red peppers in for color. My kids love it and it goes a long way if you should just happen to have extras at the dinner table the way we always do.
