THIS RECIPE IS A FAMILY FAVORITE, MY SEVEN YEAR OLD ATE IT ALL. I HAVE COOKED THIS FOR BIG FAMILY DINNERS AND ITS ALWAYS A HIT.

Good-bye regular baked potatoes! These were delicious and easy to make. I skipped the ranch dressing and just added bacon bits to the sour cream/potato mixture and topped with shredded cheese. Great with steak!

I no longer make regular baked potatoes. Rather than put the velveeta on top I mix it in with the mashed potatoes. I also use the light done right ranch and it tastes wonderful!

This came out so good, I made it again the next day. I used sharp cheddar instead of velvetta. One of my new favorite potatoes.

I thought this recipe was just ok. Not the best twice-baked potatoes I've ever had. Someone suggested using shredded cheese instead of velveeta. Perhaps I'll try that instead.
