Delicious and kid friendly. My kids gobbled it right up without a single complaint! I used pork loin roast but will probably use chops next time. And there will certainly be a next time!

My sister made this and instead of pork she used chicken breast. It was so good! I didn't expect all of those ingredients to taste so great together.. Make sure you slice the potatoes thin enough to cook all the way through. I am sure she or I will make this dish again!

The pork was great - wasn't too crazy about the sweet potatoes. Will make again but without the sweet potatoes.

I make this in my crockpot. Put everything in and turn on low for 8 to 10 hours. Delicious and smells so good when you walk in the door after a busy day.

My family LOVES this recipe!! Some of my kids don't care for sweet potatoes so I make it with both sweet & russet potaotes. This is a definate keeper that I have passed on to other family members!!

I didn't have enough sweet potatoes so I added in russet potatoes, too. It was a good mix and we actually preferred the russet potatoes. Would make again!

This was great and very nice flavors! I also added a thinly sliced apple to the sweet potatoes and onions. It was very good and the pork came out so moist and tender! This is very easy to make and everything is done in one pan (that I lined with foil so easy clean up!). I will make this again.
