Fantastic! Made this in the slow cooker, used a 2.5 pound pork loin, just doubled the recipe, omitted the sweet potatoes...the family LOVED it! After I took the pork & onions out of the crock, I stirred corn starch (mixed w/cold water) into the sauce to make gravy. This was EXCELLENT. Will make again. Thank you!
