Maple Pork 'n Sweet Potatoes recipe
Sweet and savory go hand in hand in this flavorful but very simple-to-make pork tenderloin dish. Get out the sweet potatoes and let's get started.

This recipe sounded good, however, I didn't like the flavor at all. Make sure you slice the potatoes very thinly, or they won't get done. My husband liked it, but I definitely won't make it again.

My family doesn't like sweet potatoes soI omitted them. I also cooked 2lbs of tenderloin (doubled the recipe) for 2 hours in a slow cooker. Not only the meat falling a part it had a great taste.

Fantastic! Made this in the slow cooker, used a 2.5 pound pork loin, just doubled the recipe, omitted the sweet potatoes...the family LOVED it! After I took the pork & onions out of the crock, I stirred corn starch (mixed w/cold water) into the sauce to make gravy. This was EXCELLENT. Will make again. Thank you!

MAKE SURE TO SLICE THE YAMS VERY THINLY.... messy cleanup. the bbq sauce made the pork tasty, but too much of a good thing can be bad.. we agreed that next time we would keep the pork as is, but prepare the potatoes differently.

Be sure to use tenderloin and not just a pork loin. Will try again.
