Patriotic Trifle recipe

I made this for Memorial Day, it was a great dessert, I didn't make it low fat or sugar free but I will try it that way next time.

I have made this at least 100 times over the past 8 years. I have never had anyone not like it. I have made it with FF SF pudding and FF cool whip and used sugar free Angel Food cake. No one noticed. I have requests for it and the recipe a lot. I have also made it with Cheese Cake flavored pudding. Really good and a light dessert.

This recipe was very easy to put together. I made for my mom's 70th birthday and everyone loved it. If fact my cousin and aunt want the recipe, so I'm passing in on to them.

My family loves this dessert and we make it almost every holiday. It is not only simple to prepare but is a healthy alternate to what we used to eat. I prepare it with either low fat or no fat puddings & whipped topping and you can also get the angel food cake with no sugar. I use whatever berries I can get the best price on.
