This is a DELICIOUS and very eye catching recipe! I make it every Memorial Day, 4th of July, and several other times during the summer! It's low fat and healthy! My diabetic neighbor loves it! My kids can't get enough! When the berries aren't in season, I substitute canned pineapple and bananas. Just as delicious! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!

My grandchildren love this recipe! It's one of their favorites. It's easy to make and tastes great. I use banana pudding instead of the vanilla. The flavor really sets the dish off.

Have made this twice with the strawberries, now I will be using raspberries, delicious and easy to make. Friends have asked for this recipe after enjoying it.

I took this recipe to a 4th of July potluck dinner. Everyone was going on and on about how pretty it was! They also commented on how delicious and light it was as well.

Wonderful presentation. Everybody loved it. It's easy to make. I did use 2 boxes of the FF/SF pudding instead of the 1 box that the recipe called for. I think I might try white choc pudding next time in place of the vanilla. Yum-O!

I make this recipe about 6 times a year, all year round. We have diabetic friends and family members who request it all the time since I use all sugar free ingredients. There is never any left after we have a gathering!!

This is a beautiful dish to serve, simple to make, and low calorie as well. It is also very budget friendly. I have made this for many holidays and parties sometimes using various other fruits. Others often request the recipe.

Even my picky uncle who balks at "light" recipes gobbled this down, none-the-wiser! Delicious, fresh, and easy!
