This is a DELICIOUS and very eye catching recipe! I make it every Memorial Day, 4th of July, and several other times during the summer! It's low fat and healthy! My diabetic neighbor loves it! My kids can't get enough! When the berries aren't in season, I substitute canned pineapple and bananas. Just as delicious!
I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!
