It is very simple and very light and refreshing. This dessert was a great surprise for my family at our Father's day dinner. Everyone expected it to be heavy and after dinner didn't want dessert. But they were pleasently surprised.

Excellent!!! Very easy to make. My husband really liked this dessert when I made it for Memorial Day this year. He requests it all the time. He couldn't get enough of it.

I had my brother-in-law and his girlfriend over for dinner and made this for dessert. It was impressive looking and tasted wonderful! We all went in for seconds. I truly enjoyed this one. Carol Iannaco

My children loved it! They were able to help make it too which always makes a good conversation piece. Patriot trifle is very cool and light-perfect for summer!

What a treat for the cook and the guests. Easy to make and so colorful. Everyone was especailly glad to hear how everything was low in fat.
