It was tasty, but the next time I will use raspberry vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar.

once the glaze gels up the taste was awesome allow pork to sit w/out heat after cooking for 3to5 minutes for glaze to thicken and gel next time i make this recipe i will not be adding the thyme it can be overpowering even with minimum amounts this recipe was one of the best yet i cooked.

I used apricot jelly and substituted soy sauce for the balsamic vinegar since I saw that combination on another Kraft recipe. Went very good with Potatoes Poupon.

Tantilizing! Must do. EASY! Loved it. Everyone small and big cleaned up the "extra"...I thought I had enough for a lunch the next day!!! NO WAY. I used the basic recipe, but since I was missing raspberry preserves...I used strawberry! Just great.
