This is a great salad treat! I had a luncheeon and served this. I made a large quanity and it turned out perfect. I used just vinegar and oil dressing. Thanks, Rosie

Very good and healthy. Next time, I would add some red onion to the recipe. Great lunch or light dinner.

Delicious! Great flavor!! I added some pepper and basil to the chicken in the skillett. The italian lettuce bag was on sale so I used that. It looks great too.

I added sun dried cranberries to the salad to give it a sweet, healthy and fun twist for my neice and nephew. Also can add crumbled turkey bacon. Tasted wonderful. Will definately make again for the changing season.
