This is very good but after mixing up everything but the cheese I split it in 1/2 then add mozzarella in one bowl then shredded cheddar into the other before spreading and broiling it. Makes a nice color contrast and appears that you have two appetizers instead of one. It is also very good when you add the sausage pizza topper that comes in bags in the pizza "fixing" section of your suppermarket or the tiny pepperoni slices. Once I added a blackened shrimp on top after it was done broiling and they were awesome.

I have been making this recipe for maybe two years now at EVERY party that I have had. I have never had a complaint, nor a leftover piece of this recipe. Even my guests who don't like tomatoes or black olives dive right in every time. This is a great go-to party recipe and I would recommend it to anyone.

I made this recipe for two different parties. All the guests loved it - even those who hated olives and tomatoes.

My guest's loved it. I myself think next time I will cut back a little on the mayo. But all and all it was a big hit!

This was a big hit at last year's Christmas party. I agree it is fattening, but the are worth the splurge!

This recipe is a bit to fattening for me , i would suggest using lighter cheese maybe 7% cheese .

I used salsa instead of tomatoes and used green olives with pimentos instead of black olives. AND I sprinkled a little chedder cheese (my favorite) on the top.
