I've made this many times, and it's always a big hit.

I don't know how my review can be so different from the others! I love tomatoes and bruschetta. I used 2 tomatoes and less than half of the parmesan (or the whole bowl would have been parmesan!) and it was just so-so. I'll be trying a different recipe next time!

Loved it, I toasted my own french bread with the broiler, brushed with 1 stick butter and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Broil each side for 4min.

It was delicious and easy! I used dried basil and it was very good. Fresh may have been better but I still got sooo many compliments. How easy! Also, I removed the seeds from the tomatoes before I chopped them. This made less watery.

I have this recipe four starts because it was on the bland side; however, I added a few teaspoons of minced roasted hot peppers and it picked it up. Hot sauce would probably do the trick as well. I also increased the amount of basil but that's because we love basil. Next time I will cut back on the cheese as I felt it overwhelmed the tomato and basil. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make it again.

Made for a casual get together with friends. Cut the tomatoes earlier and mixed with minced garlic in a jar. Mixed cheese with dried basil. Used much more olive oil to brush the bread. WONDERFUL! Everyone raved about it. Will definately make again!!

This was wonderful! Just the way bruchetta should taste. I used dried basil instead of fresh and it tasted great. Will certainly make again!
