Very good, next time I think I will add some pistachio extract to give it a stronger pistachio taste.

tried the receipre twice. the center of the cake was heavy and more like pudding than cake. I use a dark bundt pan.

Made it for our church dinner for St. Patricks Day. A very fast and easy recipe. The cake is very moist and tastes delicious.

This cake was incredibly moist and delicious. I made it with the cool whip and pistachio pudding mix frosting that many other people mentioned, and it was perfect.

This cake is delicious. For a quick, fluffy pistachio icing, beat 1 envelope Dream Whip with 1 cup milk. Then slowly add 1 box pistachio pudding and beat till a fluffy, stiff consistency. Ice completely cooled cake. Yummy!!!

I made this (minus the green food coloring) for work and it was a huge hit! The cake was just moist enough - I highly recommend this very easy recipe!

This recipe was great! It was so easy, and everybody loved it. I made an almond glaze for the top. It was gone in no time.

I have made this for many years, and it is a winner. I also make it with the pudding mix and cool whip for the frosting, it is Excellent!
